Since 2020, all proceedings administered by CAM-CCBC have been conducted 100% electronically, through a secure virtual system provided by the Secretariat, with individualized access for each proceedings.
The eCAM-CCBC platform is the next step in virtualization, offering an even more secure, user-friendly, and efficient system for the proper conduct of the alternative dispute resolution methods administered by CAM-CCBC.
The platform was specifically developed to attend the proceedings management model adopted by CAM-CCBC and does not entail any additional cost to the parties.
